The University of
Florida is currently accepting applications for a Clinical Assistant Professor of Research and Evaluation Methodology (REM). This is a
12-month position with teaching and service as primary responsibilities.
The College of Education at the University of Florida is

This 12-month
faculty appointment will begin in August, 2023. The REM Program is housed within the School of Human Development and Organizational Studies
in the College of Education. The REM program (https://education.uf
l.edu/research-evaluation-methods/) has ten full-time faculty and robust Ph.D. and Master’s programs that offer comprehensive
methodological training in statistics, psychometrics, evaluation, and qualitative methods. This comprehensive program integrates rigorous
academic coursework with research experience, and interdisciplinary collaboration with other fields of education and the social sciences.

Expected Salary:
Salary is negotiable, competitive, and commensurate with
qualifications and experience.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum requirements include a doctorate in quantitative research
methods, statistics, or a closely-related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
Successful applicants will demonstrate the ability to
teach applied graduate and undergraduate courses in research and evaluation methodology, both in person and online. In-person teaching
responsibilities may include evening courses, or courses with occasional weekend meetings.
