This position will oversee the degree audit processes for all graduate career programs at UC. Working closely with Student Services and the Program Manager for Graduation, this position supports student success initiatives and provides excellent service to staff, faculty, and graduate students.
This Academic Evaluator position is responsible for creating and updating degree audits using data from eCurriculum and supporting the approval process for the major maps at the Grad Council level and above. This position will run batch degree audits for registration periods and the graduation clearance process. Additionally, this position will resolve Q2S block in Catalyst and monitor degree audit data to identify students in need of internal transfer of credit.
