Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus!
RN $27-$35/hour Experience-based, competitive hourly rates
$2/hour shift differential for 7p – 7a

As a home health Registered Nurse, you get to dive into the fun of being a kid while providing quality care. We support kids to integrate themselves, as best they can, into school, family, extracurricular activities, and the community while promoting and maintaining their health and safety. What you’ll be doing
Our Registered Nurses work in our clients’ home providing skilled medical care. Schedules are based on the client and the family needs. No two clients are alike. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Complete assessments, medication administration, and provide therapies, treatments, and interventions as scheduled in accordance with the plan of care and physicians orders.
Partner with all members of the interdisciplinary team including the family, ensuring a constant flow of communication regarding the clients cares, changes in condition, developmental goals, etc.
Provide support and education to clients and families to help them be successful.
Build rapport and trust with clients, families or other caregivers, the office team, and peers to facilitate effective communication and build relationships.
Complete timely charting through our electronic medical record system.
Keep up to date with the clients plan of care, changes in conditions, physicians orders, family, or caregiver requests, etc.
Advocate for the client and family to promote and support growth and development.
Examples of some of our nursing cares include gastrostomy tubes, jejunostomy tubes, nasogastric tubes, PICCs, PORTs, tracheostomies, seizure disorders, etc.
Whats required?
Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure, without restrictions
Valid drivers license and proof of auto liability insurance coverage
CPR certification required but may be obtained after hire
COVID-19 vaccine compliance
Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
