The Workforce Management (WFM) Solutions Architect will provide coordination over technology related projects including modifications, customizations, reporting, and upgrades. The WFM Solutions Architect will serve as a liaison between business leaders, IT function, and UnityPoint Health WFM vendors, to leverage their expertise in business analysis and experience with WFM solutions. This role will recommend implementation of WFM solutions that enable the organization to achieve its strategic and operational goals. The WFM Solutions Architect is responsible for coordinating, planning, project management, for the design and oversight of WFM technology initiatives in support of organizational goals and practices.
This position is open to remote/work from home with strong preference for candidates residing within the UPH geographies of Iowa, Illinois, & Wisconsin.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
Experience:
Required:2 years’ related experience.
Preferred: 4 years’ experience, including experience in health care organization information systems processes.
License(s)/Certification(s):
Required: Valid driver’s license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons.
Preferred: Achieves and Maintains Application Certification and/or Continued Education as Assigned.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Knowledge of health care organization information systems processes
Strong communication – written and verbal
Ability to conduct research into technology issues, standards and products
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
Able to manage priorities, deadlines, and execute tasks
