UFS North America is the 2nd biggest UFS business and our ambition is to double our business by 2026 and to reach this goal innovation plays a vital role under the pillars we identify. Driving our core is the fundamentals of our business but building a relevant portfolio under Plant Base, Mexican, and Iconic Dishes is critical. Total innovation should represent 30% our iTO YoY.
This role is a critical role the deliver this ambition. You will lead the entire Strategic portfolio across foods categories and will have 2 Marketing Associates.
The role reports to UFS North America Marketing Director than on top of Brand & Innovation team, leads also Digital Marketing, Operator Marketing and Trade Marketing teams.
Role will also have strong connection with global marketing teams and execution teams such as CD, Business Excellence, and eCommerce.

The ideal candidate is a chef and foodie, who loves to get things done in a collaborative way. Business to Business is a relationship-built business and this translates in how we work together. An entrepreneurial spirit combined with can do mentality will help you to deliver in this role, as well as an open mindset. You follow what is happening in the world of foods and you’re not afraid to step into the kitchen to understand what is important for chefs.
The candidate knows how to work with R&D, SC, Finance and local marketing teams, is independent but knows when to ask for support. Experience with innovation/rejuvenation platforms and Innoflex and Investor Boards is expected. Listening to the needs of our customers as well as the markets is an important characteristic to become successful in this role. You can drive your own destiny and excel in working independently; at the same time you recognize when you need support, for instance when it comes to stakeholder management.

Pay: The pay range for this position is $135,600 to $203,300. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
