The SpiderLabs Operations Coordinator role offers an exciting opportunity to work within the world renowned and global SpiderLabs Operations team. The Operations team is currently expanding their Global Operations practice.

This role is responsible for supporting our SpiderLabs global client base, handle day to day support operations and customer requests as well as assisting our internal team with process reinforcement around our delivery and Operations.

Role Expectations

• Be able to provide support for customers and internal teams
• Work with the wider operations team to manage specific client requests, delivery process activities and enforce std operating procedures across different internal teams
• Make customer outreach phone calls and emails to customers to gauge satisfaction with SPL services
• Analyse data, and provide management reporting with business insights.
• Support the Global Operations Management team
• Participate in weekly meetings
• Document and follow processes and procedures
• Work in Salesforce, Financial Force, Microsoft Office Suite, ServiceNow and the Trustwave FUSION platform
• Interact with clients and different stakeholders to deliver great customer service results and provide advice to clients on how to use the portal, what our product consists of as well as our processes and help improve client’s overall experience with our service

Qualifications

Education required:

• We prefer university-educated candidates but will consider all candidates with appropriate skills and experience
