Hybrid working within this role enables a balance of 50 per cent of time split between the office and home over a 4-week period. Hybrid working arrangements can evolve subject to business requirements.

TfL’s social media channels have a vast reach and play a defining role in shaping the way our customers engage with and understand the work we do. We are a large organisation with a varied work programme that could see you helping to shape mu l t i-channel marketing campaigns, supporting exciting brand licensing and experiential collaborations, working with the Mayor’s office and other high profile government agencies, and of course bring ing essential inform ation to our customers that help s them to navigate and get the most out of London and our services.
We have recently re-shaped our social media strategy and expanded our te am to better support TfL’s varied marketing objectives and business priorities. This is an exciting time to join as we ramp up our activity and involvement in editorial content planning and campaigns and bed down the strategy with the wider business . W e are looking for experienced social media managers who are able to navigate politically sensitive comms, with a creative flair and passion for digital communications.
