Compensation

• Average Annual Salary $100,000 per year, which includes:
  
  • $0.45-$0.48/per mile based on years of service
    
  • Speed/Safety bonus up to $0.9/mile
    
  • Monthly profit-sharing bonus up to $575/month ($6900/year)
    
  • $10.00/stop
    
  • Average 2300 miles/week
    
  • Typical work week is 50-55 hours per week
    
  • Bi-weekly paychecks

Work Schedule

• Monday-Friday or Sunday-Thursday; 5 day work week; home every weekend
  
• Start times vary, typically between 5am-1pm
  
• Plan your own route, breaks, etc. Pre-scheduled appointments at most stops.
  
• Uniforms provided at no cost
  
• Dock deliveries, drop & hook, some backhauls and live-unload deliveries
  
• Option to unload for additional income or hire lumping service
  
• Park truck at Americold in Clearfield, UT or at personal residence
  
• Must be flexible with work schedule

Responsibilities

• Backing in and out of docks
  
• Drive CDL trucks to transport materials and equipment to specific route destinations
  
• Provide excellent customer service
  
• Checking mechanical aspects of the vehicle
  
• Reporting maintenance/repair issues on tractors and trailers

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of CDL A experience and/or 100,000 miles OTR/Regional preferred
  
• Current DOT Medical Card and be able to pass pre-employment DOT drug and criminal background screen
  
• Hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License, with air brakes endorsement.
  
• Reefer experience preferred but not required
  
• Experience delivering to foodservice warehouses preferred but not required
  
• Be in excellent physical condition and be able to stand, sit, kneel, bend, lift, push, pull for extended periods and have normal use of senses
  
• Able to work in all types of environments and under difficult conditions; hot, cold, dust, indoors, outdoors
  
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
  
• Must pass pre-hire drug screen and physical
  
• Be able to lift, push, pull 65 pounds with no assistance
