ERP Subject Matter Expert, Transcontinental US LLC, Chicago, IL. Implement and provide ongoing support of the ERP integration. Build, test, validate and document ERP system changes. Identify and recommend features to improve efficiencies. Assist in writing and configuring test-plans/scripts. Perform testing of software updates. Provide end-user support and troubleshoot issues related to the ERP system. Create and maintain ERP system documentation, including requirements, processes and procedures. Provide ERP support to all functional business areas. Serve as an ERP subject matter expert.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Engineering or a related field, and five (5) years of post-bachelor, progressive, related work experience.
Must have experience with/in the following:
• Analyzing, modeling, and interpreting large data sets using Microsoft Excel to test data migration;
• Writing test-plans and scripts using Microsoft Word and Atlassian Jira to perform software updates;
• Providing end user support and troubleshooting issues related to ERP systems;
• Using Infor M3 Supply Chain and Manufacturing system capabilities;
• Applying manufacturing knowledge in packaging material, including polypropylene and polyethene extrusion production; and
• Laminating and pouch manufacturing of polypropylene and polyethene.
Up to 75% domestic and international travel required.
100% telecommuting permitted.
