Traffic Plan is seeking a Human Resource Assistant with one to two year’s of experience. The qualified candidate must possess the ability to work independently and exercise complete confidentiality with all of the work content.
Essential Job Duties
General administrative support for the Human Resource Department
Send out UPS
Update Applicant Tracking System
Place media ads for recruiting
Assist with handling daily phone calls
Assist with employment drug testing program
Support employees with questions related to benefits and policies
Attend Career Fairs when needed
Bachelor’s Degree required
Proficient time management skills
Maintain confidentiality on personnel issues
Must be a highly motivated individual with strong organization and communication skills
Strong Microsoft Office knowledge
