TouchPoint Looking for Director of Recruitment and Associate Experience at Chicago, IL Full Time

The Director of Recruitment and Associate Experience at TouchPoint Support Services develops and implements strategies to attract, retain, develop, and engage frontline associates. This role is essential to ensure that our team members are equipped to provide exceptional service and deliver on our commitment of “Compassion at every point of human contact” to our clients, patients, residents, customers and each other. The Director will lead a team of three recruiters and will report to the Vice President of Culture and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract top talent in the hospitality industry
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job profiles
• Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of frontline associates
• Establish partnerships with community organizations and industry associations to tap into diverse talent pipelines
• Design and implement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work culture that motivates frontline associates
• Collaborate with the team to identify and build recognition programs to reward and incentivize outstanding performance
• Implement feedback mechanisms to understand and address employee concerns and needs
• Collaborate with the learning and development team to execute training and development programs to enhance the skills and career growth of frontline associates
• Identify high-potential individuals and create succession plans to groom future leaders within the organization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and effective training practices
• Analyze turnover data and implement plans to improve employee retention
• Conduct candidate and associate experience surveys and use feedback to make improvements in the work environment
• Create and implement strategies to improve the work-life balance of frontline associates

Preferred Qualifications:

• College degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent experience required
• Must live in or be willing to relocate to Atlanta, or currently live within a TouchPoint market, preferably Chicago, Austin, Nashville, or Detroit
• Well-rounded HR professional with experience in front-line/hourly level recruiting, retention, DEI, candidate care, succession planning, internal talent management and development
• Must be a passionate and compassionate contributor, collaborator, and influencer with a purpose-driven outlook
• Excellent communication skills at all levels and great at building relationships
• Willingness to travel approximately 25%
