Job Summary:
The Director of Recruitment and Associate Experience at TouchPoint Support Services develops and implements strategies to attract, retain, develop, and engage frontline associates. This role is essential to ensure that our team members are equipped to provide exceptional service and deliver on our commitment of “Compassion at every point of human contact” to our clients, patients, residents, customers and each other. The Director will lead a team of three recruiters and will report to the Vice President of Culture and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
