TMRW Sports Looking for Corporate Hospitality Leader (Contract Position) at Palm Beach, FL Full Time

TMRW Sports Group is looking for a 7-month contractor to manage our Palm Beach VIP needs for our upcoming TGL season. Support will run across the League, Teams, Sponsors and Investors. The ideal candidate will be based in Palm Beach, having worked in Corporate Hospitality coordinating with clients & customers. The ideal candidate will also have experience managing golf outings and hosting talent.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and setting up TMRW Sports/TGL events taking place around the country, including but not limited to Investor Meetings, Board of Governors Meetings, TGL Partner Summit, etc.
• Provide white glove service in managing logistics for players, investors and celebrities
• Serve as the TMRW Sports venue suite leader, coordinating F&B with OVG for each suite, providing any unique branding per suite for guests, and any unique VIP entry/passes for select investor attendees
• Secure green grass tee times (full course takeover) ahead of match time for a minimum of 6 TGL matches, securing two courses on days of double headers
• Coordinate rates, room blocks and hospitality details with local hotels on behalf of league, teams, sponsors and investors.
• Develop a hotel program to be used around matches and other such uses of the venue
• Create a list of opportunities for friends of TGL to use when hosting clients by researching local restaurants, private club use options, event spaces and more

Requirements

• 10+ years’ experience managing VIP or corporate hospitality and planning events for senior executives or high net worth individuals
• Experience managing concierge programs inclusive of car services, private aviation (FBO), etc.
• Intimate knowledge of Palm Beach area including hotels, restaurants, golf courses (private and public), private clubs, event venues, local event planners, yacht companies and more
• Keen attention to detail
• Ability to travel as needed for one-off events

Time Commitment

• September-November: part-time, approximately 20 hours a week
• November-December: potential for 15 hours a week
• December-March: full-time, including 10-15 hours on match days (mostly Mondays and Tuesdays)
• April-October: approximately 10 hours a week
