The mission of Brand Innovation team is to help business achieve their true branding goals with flexibility, efficiency, and creativity, while seamlessly marrying TikTok’s most compelling user experiences into branding experiences.
The Brand Ads team sits within the Global Monetization Product and Technology (GMPT) organization servicing TikTok For Business. As the Planning and Activation Coordination PMM for Brand Ads, you’ll act as the organization’s key executional leader, partnering closely product leads in ensuring efficient, timely launches of its key product, go-to-market and education initaitives. You will use your skills to make effective, strategic decisions that ensure smooth, and improved, operations of the Brand Ads team.
Responsibilities:
– Partner with headquarter and local Product Marketing Managers to define launch criteria for priority product launch initiatives. Lead launch review meetings with senior Product leadership to enable their on-time delivery.
– Lead periodic product and go-to-market internal launch windows across our Product, Product Marketing and Sales organizations to maximize awareness and adoption of new Brand product and solution launches.
– Define and execute successful internal and external education programs for Brand Innovation products to build comprehensive understanding of our product suite across sales, regional product marketing managers, agencies and advertisers.
– Lead the setup and follow-up for key planning, business review and update meetings for the headquarter Brand Innovation Product Marketing organization.
– Oversee periodical review and improvement of internal and external communication materials for the Brand Innovation product suite.
– Manage the logistical operations of key external tentpole activations for the TikTok Brand Innovation product suite throughout the year.
– Co-ordinate periodical offsite events for the headquarter Product and Product Marketing organizations for Brand Innovation.
Qualifications
Qualifications-
– Bachelor’s degree or above
– 3+ years of relevant experience
– 2+ years of experience in the technology and/or consulting industries
– Experience leading large programs and/or consulting projects with customer service experience
– Experience influencing and collaborating with senior stakeholders in a matrixed organization
– Ability to lead projects and work with minimal guidance
– Strong experience crafting and communicating insights from data — data analytics experience with the ability to build dashboards and reporting
– Experience working cross-functionally with teams (including business, product, engineering, data science, operations, etc.) to coordinate large-scale initiatives

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $103200 – $244888 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
