Job Overview:
We are looking for a Program Manager to join as a core team member for the TikTok LIVE Ecosystem organization. You will conduct and participate in cross-departmental collaboration, and possess excellent skills in GR, PR, and policy understanding. You should have a passion and understanding of recommendation systems and AI (artificial intelligence), along with project management experience. Candidates with a background in law or sociology will be given a preference.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Responsible for coordinating and driving collaboration across different departments to ensure effective sharing of information and resources in line with the business’s strategic goals. Gain an in-depth understanding of government affairs and public relations. Establish partnerships with GR/PR and other stakeholders.
2. Policy Understanding and Formulation: Deep understanding of platform policies and cooperating with policy teams to achieve alignment and secure goals.
3. Recommendation Systems and AI: Possess a basic understanding of recommendation systems and AI. Actively participate in relevant projects and provide professional insights.
4. Project Management: Manage ecosystem projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective management of project resources and teams.
Qualifications
– Excellent cross-departmental collaboration and communication skills to coordinate resources and information from different teams.
– GR/PR, and policy understanding.
– A strong passion for and basic understanding of AI (artificial intelligence), and recommendation systems.
– Project management experience to effectively plan and manage projects.
– A bachelor’s degree, with a preference for candidates with a background in law or sociology.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $79000 – $169000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
