Mission critical position as you will be the hub that connects all the spokes.
- Collaborates and facilitates identifying and hiring for open positions.
- Onboarding, new employee orientation and recognition programs
- Oversee employee benefits.
- Advise senior leadership on culture and positivity.
- Organize and work closely with departments on special projects and employee experience, events, recommendations.
- Work closely with legal counsel
