The Workshop LA Looking for Sales Assistant at Los Angeles, California Full Time

A well known premium denim brand with a cult following is looking for a full time Sales Assistant to support their sales team in a bustling DTLA showroom.  This role will be responsible for maintaining showroom aesthetics supporting the wholesales team and the VP of Sales.  

Responsibilities:

Showroom-

• Maintain showroom conditions and visual standards

• Sample line maintenance (includes shipping, receiving, hangtag updates) 

• Maintains all account files

• Responsible for ordering office supplies

Wholesale Support-

• Submits account orders to customer service and tracks showroom daily totals

• Processes and logs all account return authorizations and credit memos

• Creates seasonal buy books for key specialty stores, and international accounts

• Maintains and updates linesheets for all domestic and international wholesale channels 

• Responsible for initial JOOR/ NuOrder uploads and maintenance

• Maintains internal office logs/files (PO logs, market totals, RA logs, etc.)

• Sales support during LA market and regional tradeshows

• Account support when members of the sales team are traveling or out of office

• Supports the VP and Director of sales on key accounts 

Requirements:

• Previous retail sales or showroom experience

• Experience using Microsoft office (emphasis in excel), adobe, and Readymag programs

• Open to traveling

• Fast learner and strong at multi-tasking

• Detail oriented

• Denim experience is appreciated but not mandatory 

• Bachelor’s degree a plus but not a requirement
