*The essential functions of the Talent Acquisition Coordinator include, but are not limited to the following: *
· Partner with hiring managers to collect relevant position information and prepare/edit job ads.
· Identify and execute suitable recruiting strategies for a diverse range of roles.
· Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships throughout the selection process.
· Utilize various interview techniques (resume screens, telephone and behavioral interviews, etc.).
· Manage the interview process by scheduling and communicating with candidates and hiring managers.
· Manage the recruitment process from sourcing through offer stage.
· Maintain record of recruiting activities and proactively communicate with hiring managers regarding search activity through the Applicant Tracking System.
· Gather and analyze candidate feedback from the interviewer through interview screener documents.
· Present offers of employment and notify candidates that were not selected.
· Create, track, and finalize appropriate paperwork, including offer and decline letters, etc.
· Develop a pool of qualified candidates for future staffing needs.
· Use Social Media and other outlets to reach out to High Potential Candidates.
· Be creative and think of new ways to bring in new candidates.
· Partner with local technical schools and colleges to find potential candidates through growing programs.
· Attend job fairs and recruitment events.
· Utilize Applicant Tracking System to manage applicants.
· Lead Orientation and onboarding processes.
· Manage all candidate digital profiles and documents.
· Back up Director of People Resources when needed.
· Obey the company Code of Ethics and the Team Rules.
· Live the Core Values daily as a representative of The Wilson Companies.
· All other duties as assigned.
*Minimum Qualifications*
· High school diploma/GED required.
· Bachelor’s degree in business or management preferred .
· 1 year in talent acquisition or human resources role. (Desired 3 + years)
· Valid Driver’s License (clear driving record)
· Clean background check & drug test.
· Intermediate skills in G-Suite and Paylocity HRIS.
· Intermediate Social Media Skills.
· Effective oral and written communication skills.
· Demonstrates attention to detail.
· General knowledge of various employment laws and practices.
· Excellent interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork.
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
· Skills in database management and record keeping.
· Maintains confidentiality.
· Meets commitments.
· Ability to travel for college visits, and career fairs and maintain a flexible work schedule.
· Excellent organizational skills.
· Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
· Gather and analyze information skillfully.
