Our client, a fast-growing, comprehensive digital marketing and advertising organization is looking for a highly skilled Recruiting Coordinator for a contract, REMOTE opportunity.
The Recruiting Coordinator supports 5 recruiters, handles scheduling, booking travel, creating and sharing itineraries and interacting closely with high-level corporate stakeholders and candidates.
Responsibilities
· Schedule candidate interviews
· Coordinate candidate travel
· Create candidate itineraries
· Communicate with candidates via Applicant Tracking System (ATS) about interviews
· Coordinate background checks
· Partner with the Recruiters to ensure a smooth candidate interview experience
· Partner with the business on any scheduling changes or updates
· Partner with Recruiting Operations on data clean-up
· Partner with Recruiting Operations to monitor assets for accuracy
· Support Campus Recruiting, Graduate Leadership Programs, or other People & Culture initiatives as required
Skills and Experience
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
· 2+ years of experience in customer service, talent acquisition coordination, or executive administration
· Interest in process improvement
· Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience preferred. Experience with Greenhouse a plus
· Excellent written and verbal communication
· Ability to interact with stakeholders across levels
· Must be seasoned, polished/professional, quick learner, comes from professional services industries
· Internal communication is mostly via Slack, experience with this program a plus
· Concur experience is a plus
