Primary Purpose of Position
The Clinical Practices Coordinator will serve as an integral part of the SOE and EPP. Our unit supports over 30 initial licensure programs that include clinical practice. Recruiting and retaining top scholars will increase our enrollment and retention metrics. This position will be instrumental in supporting hundreds of interns annually. Each semester, the SOE/EPP supports over 100 students during their clinical practice & internship leading to initial licensure. The USDOE and NCDPI have mandated an increased number of requirements surrounding how we monitor, support and report student teachers and interns.
