Primary Purpose of Position

Flint’s Forest Rangers is looking for someone to blaze the trail! Create a high level experience for our youngest guests by providing a fun, safe, clean, and educational environment to meet and exceed the guest’s expectations and those of their parents. This role is full year, full time with benefits.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Learn, build and develop the FFR program
2. Be responsible for daily operating procedures of FFR related activities including including daily AM and PM activities and FFR Dinners.
3. Provide a safe and fun environment for FFR program attendees and coworkers.
4. Help coworkers in activities and throughout the Activities department, as well as the Ranch with day-to-day tasks and goals.

Education/Experience

1. High School Diploma            
2. Valid, Current Driver’s License                                                                                                      
3. Must be able to stand, sit, walk, and move continuously for duration of shift.                          
4. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and nights.               
5. Previous daycare or teaching experience with children aged 0-12 years of age.
