HVAC Technician
Wage: $19.70/hour
The HVAC Technician is responsible for using and maintaining all A/C tools and equipment, reading and working from refrigeration and electrical schematics, reading/analyzing/working with voltages from micro to 240 volts (single phase), and other duties as assigned. This position requires at least one year of documented experience.

Laundry Repair Technician
Wage: $20.90/hour
The Laundry Repair Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing washers and dryers on the property. This position requires at least two years of experience working with laundry equipment and the ability to read, interpret, and work from laundry and electrical schematics.

Plumber
Wage: $19.70/hour
The Plumber installs and repairs sewage systems throughout the resort, installs both residential and commercial equipment, installs and repairs plumbing fixtures, and more as assigned. This position requires a valid driver’s license and at least one year of experience in the plumbing field.

Carpenter
Wage: $19.70/hour
The Carpenter is responsible for handling various carpentry duties throughout the resort including layout and construction of all rough framing, installing and repairing drywall, installing and repairing windows/doors/shingles, working from blueprints, and other duties as assigned. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of documented experience for consideration.
