The Training and Development Specialist is responsible for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of all roles within the US LEGO Education team, with an emphasis on upskilling and growing performance. The person in this role will work closely with the Training & Development Manager to actively evaluate, creatively design, and implement effective methods to educate and measurably improve performance, with a primary focus on direct selling roles. This is a new role within a growing organization and will report to the Head of Sales Operations & Enablement.

This position will initially be based at our LEGO Education office at Boylston St, Back Bay, Boston before moving to a new central Boston office location by the end of 2026. Our hiring teams will discuss this with you during the interview stages.
