Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at The H, a leading digital marketing agency. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding our presence in the Arabic-speaking market. If you are passionate about sales, have excellent communication skills in Arabic and English, and possess a deep understanding of digital marketing services, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the Arabic-speaking market.
Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including LinkedIn, industry events, and referrals.
Nurture and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and maximizing upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitor analysis.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials, proposals, and presentations tailored to the Arabic-speaking market.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team on a regular basis.
Stay up to date with industry developments, best practices, and new technologies in digital marketing.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project implementation and customer success.
Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
Requirements:
Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written, with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Proven track record in sales, preferably in the digital marketing industry, with a strong network of contacts in the Arabic-speaking market.
Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Solid understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and web analytics.
Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for achieving results.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
