Position Overview
As Recruitment Coordinator you will manage the end to end delivery, implementation and execution of recruitment and new hire integration requirements, including interview scheduling, travel arrangements for candidates, preparation of offer letters and onboarding of candidates. The role provides TA logistics services across different stakeholders such as Talent Acquisition Partners, Hiring Managers, HR SBP, HR Director, Admin Assistant, Total Rewards Analyst, Human Capital Management, Mobility, Search Firms, Internal and External Candidates; ensuring work is conducted in alignment with regional & global policy and processes and in accordance with agreed service level agreement. The role holder will report into the HR Services Manager.
