We are looking for honest, energetic, hard working individuals who are excited to work in a successful high paced restaurant at the entrance to Zion National Park. Qualified kitchen workers will have the opportunity to learn and share knowledge with an exciting team.
The position we are looking to fill is Sou Chef. We average over 300 dinners from 4-10 pm nightly, so work is fast paced and strenuous, but also fun and fulfilling. The Sou Chef position will be a salaried position with a range of $42,000-$48,000 per year with housing. . Shifts are generally from 3 pm to 11 pm. We are fortunate because our restaurant sits on several acres of land, so during the Covid pandemic we are able to move more tables outside and maintain safe spacing. This has allowed us to maintain pre-Covid numbers. Our team takes Covid seriously and we take all precautions to keep our staff and guests safe.
