Primary Purpose: As the HR Systems Analyst supporting the Global HR Technology & Solutions team (HR T&S), you will be responsible for managing system maintenance and enhancement recommendations across various modules within Tapestry’s people ecosystem, PeopleHub (SuccessFactors). This role will include, but not be limited to, identifying issues/trends, reporting and analytics, compliance, and projects. You will be required to support both global and regional HR, IT, and business stakeholders at all levels of the organization. In addition, you will support the implementation of new functionality and help support technical resources utilized by Tapestry People Services.
