Ø Identify & develop relationships with clients (new and existing) through high-level marketing calls. Offer market intelligence, present at pitches and business development meetings, and actively introduce colleagues
Ø Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
Ø Cold call as appropriate within the geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
Ø Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
Ø Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
Ø Research and build relationships with new clients.
Ø Set up meetings between client decision makers.
Ø Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
Ø Produce excellent quality, well written documents that add value to an assignment
Ø Be responsible for all activities revolving around following up and converting aspiring prospect, corporate clients and partners into paying clients.
Ø Be on the front lines negotiating deals with clients; and responsible for selling our services directly to corporate organization with a focus mainly on large corporations as well as small and medium enterprises.
Ø Update and refine our sales and growth strategy
Ø Manage & maintain excellent & long-term relationships with clients that are built on trust
Ø Create, develop and deliver events that offer clients and senior candidates the opportunity to network
Ø Listen to and interpret client requirements, developing commercially sound solutions
Ø Professionally manage and deliver all assignments won, to successful completion
Ø Work closely with the delivery team to close out on recruitment roles.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Sales Specialist within the consulting human resource space.
Ø Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, recruitment geek, Kora, YouTube, etc.
Ø Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
Ø Strong interpersonal skills
Ø Good written and verbal communications skills
Ø Team spirit
Ø Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
Ø Strong networking abilities.
Ø Ability to diagnose problems and find solutions.
Ø BSc in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or relevant field
