What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide comprehensive support to the CEO, including managing external opportunities, cultivating relationships, and preparing for meetings and events
• Assist the CEO in managing their digital presence and collaborate on various written materials
• Partner with the CEO on organization-wide initiatives and staff gatherings
• Create frameworks to prioritize critical issues and facilitate efficient decision making
• Manage communication and partnership with the Board of Directors and Advisory Council

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 3 years of full-time work experience in an organized and results-driven role
• Previous experience supporting a Senior Executive and adapting communication accordingly
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in ambiguity
• Proactive and nimble problem-solving abilities, with a focus on efficiency and quality
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill and present information effectively
