The Senior Director of social media is a leader to the Social Media team and seen as the subject matter expert within Tag Americas for all Social Media activities. This is a highly strategic leadership role responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand presence, engage audiences, and drive business objectives. This position involves overseeing the social media team, managing platforms, and staying abreast of industry trends to ensure the organization’s digital presence remains innovative and impactful. THIS IS A NEW YORK BASED ROLE. CANDIDATES MUST HAVE 5+ years of experience at global corporations or at top-tier agencies. ONLY THOSE WITH THAT BACKGROUND WILL BE CONSIDERED.
The position is instrumental in maturing the Social Media service line within Tag through the acquisition, retention and growth of top talent and client relationships, as well as strategic partnerships that complement our core social media offering.

Per New York state requirements, this posting reflects the salary range for this position for a New York based individual: $167k-200k per annum. Compensation varies depending on job-related factors such as experience, responsibilities, and business needs. For all other states, please inquire with the Tag Talent Acquisition Team.
