IT Applications Support Engineer :

• OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) / Kubernetes container orchestration system
• Apigee API management solution
• Experience with performance tuning of OCP Microservices using Apigee products ( Apigee Edge, Apigee Sense, Apigee Hybrid, Apigee Monitoring)
• Apache Kafka distributed event streaming platform for real-time data pipelines and streaming applications
• Oracle
• Dynatrace (application performance management / monitoring)
• ServiceNow (IT service management – ITSM / IT operations management – ITOM)
• Jenkins for CI / CD build / test / deployment automation
• Additional nice to have skills / experience are : MongoDB NoSQL database for CQRS (Command Query Responsibility Segregation) APIs, Java + Spring / Spring Boot (including REST API)
