About the Role
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO , you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our top-level executive operations. You will be responsible for managing the CEO’s schedule, communications, and various administrative tasks.
This role demands exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the utmost discretion in handling confidential information. The role is open to candidates located in the US and can be remote within the United States. There is a strong preference for someone who is in an ET time zone or is comfortable working on ET time. The hiring company has offices in Austin, TX, and Salt Lake City, UT with employees based across the US and Australia. They’ve built a strong foundation to support remote employees’ engagement with other teams. Compensation Range
The hiring company believes in pay transparency and is committed to providing its employees and candidates with access to information about its compensation practices. The expected base salary range at offer for this role is $130,000-$150,000. Compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, competencies, and certifications.
