About The Role
Our client’s Customer Success Onboarding team is responsible for ensuring provider organizations are supported throughout their platform The customer Success Onboarding Specialist position is a crucial role in our organization. In this role, you are responsible for partnering with the Onboarding Manager to help lead and manage the implementation workstream for all new Client Network Management partnerships.
In this role, you will work closely with many teams at our client to deeply understand their mission and product. You will need to understand the perspective of provider organizations and the challenges they face in the prior authorization world. You will use this knowledge to develop and execute plans to launch new products in new markets, anticipate potential challenges, and coordinate the details required to implement a successful launch.
