Head of Digital / Senior Account Director
Role involves hybrid working with national and international travel.
We are looking for a Head of Digital / Senior Account Director to lead this agency’s full-service digital offering spanning paid media advertising, and digital transformation strategy.
A combination of deeply honed technical skills and understanding with regards to digital advertising as well as culture fit – ambitious, driven and the ability to bring your “A” game will be essential for the successful candidate. Our preference is for a Head of Digital / Senior Account Director from agency, but we will consider client-side experience, as long as you’ve spent at least 50% of your career in agency.
The role will be to drive the global digital delivery of client campaigns, to lead a high performing team both in the UK and globally and to instil best practice and improve the effectiveness of processes and practices.
Reporting to the CEO, you will define and execute the strategy to deliver market-leading digital advertising services to a large and varied client base. In this role, the Head of Digital will be the face of digital for the business and advise high-end clients on the potential of digital advertising – you will shape clients’ vision of digital marketing opportunities and build a strategy and define roadmaps to succeed in delivering targeted KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
Paid media advertising; Social channel performance maximisation; SEO optimisation etc.
