Major Job Responsibilities:
● Manage the content calendar and publish approved content for SupportNinja’s social media
accounts
● Manage the publication and monitor the reach of paid social media ads
● Monitor the growth and reach of SupportNinja’s social media accounts, utilizing the data to
suggest content ideas and process improvements to the Global Employer Branding team
● Maintain a respectful and positive online community for the SupportNinja brand
● Reply to questions on social media posts and direct messages
● Remove offensive posts and spam comments
Qualifications:
● Graduate of an associate’s or bachelor’s degree
● 2+ years of experience in community management
● Proficient in managing social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and
TikTok
