Encompassing all stages of the employment life cycle, P&C seeks to intimately understand the needs of the business in order to strengthen the organisation’s recruitment, compensation, learning & development, performance, employee engagement and employment law practices.
Role Purpose
The People & Culture Coordinator is an entry level HR generalist role, responsible for supporting the Head of People & Culture and the P&C Team. This role can be fast paced but also requires high precision, discretion at all times and advanced organisational and prioritisation skills. This is a varied role and requires willingness to be flexible and get involved with a range of tasks and projects. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative team and launch your career in HR.
