Assistant PLM Coordinator

Location: New York, NY

Sunrise Brands is seeking a self-motivated, detail oriented Assistant PLM Coordinator for a fast-paced environment working with multiple Missy Brands. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and a driven team player.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Work with Directors, Designers and Associate PLM Coordinator on creating production ready tech packs from development tech packs.
• Communicating with design, production, and tech teams to ensure correct information is passed.
• Cross checking buys and tech packs.
• Maintaining PLM materials libraries and fabric detail sheets.
• Making updates to tech packs and BOMS.

Qualifications:
• Experience using PLM systems, Excel and Illustrator are needed.
• Accountability; take personal ownership towards delivering commitments.
• Detail oriented and thorough, able to deliver tech packs without error.
• Technical knowledge; an understanding of materials, color, BOM’s, and construction of a garment.
• Understanding of the garment development and production processes and ability to adhere to calendar deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels
• Ability to work manage multiple deadlines
• Strong follow-through and great time management
