Our HR Generalist role serves as a critical resource to Strategic’s employees and internal business partners and focuses on delivering comprehensive human resources programs, initiatives, and solutions in support of increased employee and organizational performance. Our HR Generalists help to drive the best possible authentic overall employee experience, ensures policy alignment and compliance, and works to improve companywide HR practices. The HR generalist will partner closely with the HR Business Partner to provide proactive, innovative, customer-focused HR solutions that are aligned with the needs of the business objectives and our people strategy. Solutions and strategies may include employee relations, , performance and talent management,, and modeling values and cultural practices with the company’s long-term vision.
