💼 Salary: $150,000 – $170,000 + Annual Bonus

Job Overview:
This leading EV Charging infrastructure company is looking for a talented and skilled Director of Project Management to oversee the management and execution of all construction projects in their western US network. The Director will oversee a team consisting of project managers and engineers, collaborating closely with finance, operations, and procurement departments to ensure timely, budget-conscious completion of projects, while upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project management strategies for successful EV charging projects.
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to handover.
- Lead a team to ensure timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality project execution.
- Monitor project progress, coordinate teams, and provide regular updates to senior management.
Qualifications:
- PMP Certification
- 10+ years of experience in construction project management management, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale construction projects on time and within budget
- Experience in the energy industry is a plus
- Experience negotiating contracts with construction firms and/or clients is required
- Ability to travel up to 25%
