StoneAge, Inc. is the global leader in the design and manufacture of high-pressure waterblast tooling and automated, IoT-enabled/robotic equipment, based in Durango, CO. Think squirt guns on steroids run by humans and robots! StoneAge is also the parent company of Breadware, an IoT product development firm that helps clients build and launch IoT-enabled products. We recently acquired Terydon, an R&D company in the waterjetting space. About the Role
As the VP of People and Culture, you will serve as a member of StoneAge’s executive leadership team and be responsible for developing and executing human resources strategy in support of our vision, mission, and strategic direction. You will partner with senior leaders and team members to create a psychologically safe and dynamic culture that encourages personal and professional development.
You will oversee the development and implementation of policies, programs, and services in the areas of organizational development, talent acquisition, DEIB, succession planning, “best practice” employment practices, organizational and performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations and communications, and HR legal compliance.
Our ideal candidate is passionate about making organizational impact and is excited about being an involved member of our community to promote StoneAge’s standing and reputation. They will have considerable experience partnering with executive management and setting strategic HR objectives that align with the company’s strategy. They will be experts in organizational development and talent management and have a proven track record of building a healthy, dynamic culture that supports diversity, inclusion, equity and belonging. They will have a deep understanding of human resources policies, rules, and regulations. They will know how to develop motivating, performance-based compensation structures. They will be strategic, empathetic, forward-thinking and ready to help StoneAge drive growth both organically and through acquisitions. They will be an impactful leader and manager that inspires StoneAge employees to be the best versions of themselves.
This position reports to StoneAge’s Chief Executive Officer and is part of StoneAge’s shared services organization which provides support to the StoneAge family of companies. This position is based in Durango, CO.
