Your Mission,
The Global Analytics & Data Products Team is building a best-in-class analytics team supporting Stellantis’ new Software Group. As the leader of a team of Data Analysts, your mission is to put science into decision-making across Software features as a member of a cross-functional team building the best experiences for our customers.
Responsibilities of the role but not limited to:
- Lead a team of Data Analysts that will realize rapid iteration on product and business model design
- Cultivate a collaborative environment with data science, engineering and software partners to identify mission-critical questions
- Create a single source of truth for vehicle performance, customer engagement and feature usage
- Champion the product intelligence culture, ensuring that insights and recommendations are communicated across disciplines successfully
- Identify and drive results on the highest potential projects getting buy-in for cross-functional collaboration
- Develop centralized, global definitions and business logic for vehicle and software metrics related to your products
- Ensure high-quality performance analyses of user experience, retention and monetization
- Proactively identify and evolve telemetry requirements and work with our development teams to ensure successful implementation on time and within budget
- Demonstrate practical leadership skills in the hiring, establishment and subsequent development of the team’s goals, talent, output, and growth

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10 years or more of experience in an analytics role, preferably intechnology,gaming, entertainment or consumer products
- Comprehensive experience in providing SaaS analytics solutions A SQL expert who will put in place code reviews and ensure best practices across the team
- A master of data visualization techniques and storytelling to maximize business value of data using PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker, or other data viz tooling
- Work experience in leading cross-functional teams
- Experience at performing analyses and ETL using SQL, Scala,Spark,Python, or similar toolsa plus
- Experience working in a notebook-based workflow a plus (jupyter, zeppelin, etc.)
