As an Application Migration Lead, you will provide the technical expertise required to support the current application infrastructure and align it with the future directions both in the cloud and on premises. The position requires an understanding of both how the State of Minneosta Information Technology Agency and the Department of Transportation systems and environment’s function and how future designs can be implemented in the environment. You will be responsible for making recommendations that encompass the whole network and applications environment, areas including but not limited to Windows, Linux, networking, routing, firewalls, authentication, and any other aspects to the environment.

Minimum Qualifications
Candidates must clearly demonstrate all of the following qualifications in their resume:
This position requires a minimum of four (4) years of experience in performing technical information systems, and technical analysis.
Experience must include the following:
A Master’s degree in Information Technology or a related field substitutes for three years of experience, OR related Bachelor’s degree substitutes for two years of experience, OR related Associate’s substitutes for one year.
Successful candidate must pass past-employer reference checks and a criminal history verification pr ior to employment. The background check may consist of the following components:
