Partner Relations is a Center of Excellence committed to supporting our partners and leaders with questions and concerns about their work environment.
This partner relations consultant is responsible for supporting partners and leaders in our Retail leaders across U.S. and Canada with partner relations concerns, accommodations, performance management, and escalated partner issues. In this capacity, the PRC upholds, interprets, and provides coaching on Starbucks policies, procedures, and programs. Preferred candidates would live in either the Pacific or Mountain time zones.
