Job Title: Maintenance Tech II FLSA Status: Hourly Department: Maintenance
SUMMARY: To work interdependently and cooperatively to meet and exceed the expectations of the customer, the company and the department, through established and maintained recurrent, often unconscious patterns of positive / productive behavior that is acquired through frequent repetition. Until properly trained, maintenance mechanics will not work on any equipment or building systems they have not been trained on. It is the responsibility of members of the maintenance team to ask for assistance and/or training on any tasks they are not qualified to perform.
