A well-established International Hospitality company in Lawrenceville, GA is looking for experienced inside sales associates to join their growing team. As an inside sales team member, you will use your experience to contribute to improving KPI’s and increasing new business development while assisting in day-to-day operations. What Makes the Job Great * Working with a team of skilled people * Great company culture with advancement opportunities * Opportunity for growth with an amazing company * Unlimited Commission What You’ll Be Doing * Building relationships by attaining and retaining new customers and current customers alike. * The primary function is based on inside sales and new business development. * Spending time in continuous education learning about new products to assist in making product recommendations and close sales opportunities. * Provides follow up on quotes in a timely manner. * Effective communication to increase book of business through frequency of orders and the discovery process. * Provides customers with estimated delivery date and cost estimate of additional charges (such as shipping). * Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. * Comply with all company policies and procedures. * Requires regular, predictable, and punctual attendance. * All other duties as assigned. Who We’re Looking For * Advanced computer skills (CRM and Microsoft Suite) with demonstrated ability to utilize Excel. * Hospitality industry sales experience, preferred. * Self-starter who can adapt to an ever-changing sales environment and can carry it off with a high level of integrity. * Excellent communication skills (oral and written). * High level of organizational skills; detail oriented. * Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as information regarding bid specifications, product information, etc. Proficiency in English language is required to effectively communicate with people at all levels; Bi-lingual English/Spanish speaking a plus. * Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. * Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to deal with several abstract and concrete variables. * Other Qualifications: Willingness to perform any required task within the employee’s capabilities to effectively meet the needs of the company. Ability to get along well with others. What You Can Expect * $42,000.00 Salary + commission | 1st year OTE $75,000.00 – $100,000.00 * Regular schedule of Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm * Basic health insurance StaffBuildersHR offers weekly pay plus a benefits package after your temporary period.
