As a Team Lead, you must be able to lead, delegate, coordinate and supervise associates, material handlers, and powered equipment drivers. This will be a non-exempt hourly salaried position. Benefit package is offered with this direct hire position and will report to the department Production Manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 year of Leadership, Supervisory, or Managerial experience in manufacturing (ie. Team Lead, Lead Op, Group Lead, Supervisor)
- Minimum 2 year year manufacturing experience
- HS Diploma/GED + Experience or equivalent degree required
Shift Information:
- 2nd shift – Monday-Friday from 2pm to 10:30pm
- 3rd Shift – Monday-Friday from 10 pm to 6:30 am
- Pre and Post Shift allotted times may be required in order to conduct handoffs with adjacent shifts and conduct production meetings with Associates.

Duties:
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
- Ability to understand and assist associates performing daily tasks per standard work instructions
- Ability to safely operate and troubleshoot production machinery
- Write and update Detail Process Sheets and Failure Mode Effect Analysis
- Controls and maintain all TPM Goals (Safety, Scrap, Customer Defects, IPD, and Downtime Frequency)
- Develop and maintain cross-training of associates to include maintaining and keeping records of progress

Position Requirements:
- Ensure all associates follow all safety and PPE requirement per company policy
- Track, analyze and communicate key performance metrics
- Responsible for all planned physical parts inventories.
- Daily communication and reporting with adjacent shifts’ team leads and manager
- Lead pre-production meetings relating to production needs and company information and announcements
- Support and participate in continuous improvement programs for Health, Safety, and Environmental
- Maintain and carry out 5S standards and reporting
