Our client is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join their growing Marketing DTC fashion business and lead the strategy and execution of key marketing channels including email marketing, influencer marketing, paid search, and social media. This role reports into a Vice President of Marketing and will have one direct report. Should have experience working as a performance-driven marketer. Will manage the paid media budget and optimize the marketing mix to support company objectives. Will be responsible for growing and nurturing the customer base through various acquisition and retention initiatives. The ideal candidate is interested in the fashion/retail industries, familiar with current trends, and well-versed in ecommerce best practices.
Responsibilities:
Leverage experience and knowledge of marketing channels to optimize email campaigns, influencer campaigns, paid search, and social media for driving growth in the customer base and in top-line sales.
Oversee execution of day-to-day marketing activities including preparation and review of emails, ads, promo assets, and campaign assets.
Develop channel-level analysis and track campaign and overall performance.
Build reporting dashboards and executive-level presentations and identify opportunities to improve campaigns and channels.
Develop a framework for testing targeting strategies, campaign structures, and creative assets.
Collaborate with the creative team to test visual creative and copy in order to optimize marketing assets across different channels.
Develop in-depth analysis of the customer base to define proper segmentation strategy for email marketing, promotional activities, and loyalty program.
Translate overall business objectives and corresponding KPIs to recommended allocation of paid media budget across channels to maximize effectiveness and efficiency.
Own relationships with email service provider, paid search agency, influencer marketing platform, social media partner, and affiliate partner.
Monitor and analyze competitor activity, marketplace trends, and impression share and adjust strategic plans accordingly.
Qualifications:
BS/BA degree
4-6 years of experience executing digital marketing involving visual creative assets, copy, and performance tracking
Experience as a manager/leader utilizing exceptional interpersonal and analytical skills
Must have superior critical thinking, creative problem solving, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a self-starter mentality
Adept at analyzing data working in Excel / Google Sheets; experience/understanding of Looker A+
Experience using critical thinking and creative problem solving
Excellent written and oral communication skills and detail orientation
Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial, dynamic, and fast-paced environment
Must excel at multitasking and managing competing priorities
Knowledge in a similar of ecommerce business bringing best practices and customer behavior knowledge
