Skechers Digital seeks a scrum master to coordinate and coach our software development team, applying scrum methodology to produce high-quality work.
This role will create self-organizing teams that are flexible and fully productive during sprints, supporting various projects serving Skechers Digital direct-to-consumer business, including e-commerce and digital product development.
The successful candidate will work to establish processes consistent with digital best practices and Agile development, create and track project plans, manage team tasks, communicate plans and status to team members and stakeholders, handle incoming requests, issues, and other day-to-day interactions as needed to keep projects moving.
This role will report to the Director of Digital Program Management and become part of a core Digital program team managing and delivering projects to accelerate business growth for Skechers USA.
