Requirements

• Exceptional writing skills that engage your readers and fit the medium, whether it’s a social post on LinkedIn or a 2,500-word guide
• Ability to research and comprehend complex topics. You communicate complex ideas in a straightforward, concise, and easily digestible manner
• Comfortable working and researching topics autonomously and thoroughly.
• Self-motivated and hungry for knowledge and new ways of doing things.
• You are organized and strive to deliver on time.
• You’re an exceptional communicator, regardless of medium.
• You understand and are passionate about leveraging modern technology and tools to increase the output and precision of your work (but you understand these tools’ limitations)
• You have experience developing content in-house at a startup or agency.

Experience:

• 2+ years content marketing experience in b2b or b2c companies
• You’ve owned strategy and operated all major social media platforms and you have a passion for engaging our audience on social media
• You have a basic understanding of SEO and how to develop a winning content strategy
• You have created email copy before and have an understanding email strategy
• Some PR experience is a nice to have, but not required
