The Sr. HR Recruiter is responsible for performing full-cycle recruiting for permanent and temporary positions across the US offices. The Sr. HR Recruiter is an integral partner in managing recruiting activities for various departments and offices, and works closely with the HR team and internal clients. This role oversees recruiting plans for selected departments to develop and execute each specific staffing need with utmost quality. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruiting and a proven record of successfully hiring talented employees. The ability to accurately assess candidates and the desire to provide excellent customer service are critical.

Salary Information
The estimated base salary range for this position is $100k to $120k at the time of posting. The actual salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. This role is non-exempt meaning that it is overtime pay eligible.
