* Oversee and be accountable for delivery of major cross-organizational initiatives including validating business cases, building program / project plans, standing up cross-functional work streams, and maintaining a pulse on program health and performance
* Develop and manage all aspects of program engagement from planning, communications, resources, change, risks, and issues, including deep diving into projects to help manage and course correct
* Identify and manage program dependencies that could affect the success of other initiatives
* Guide the integration process of acquisitions from time of signing through execution and post-closing value creation, incorporating key levers discovered through diligence
* Work across the executive team to align on approach and provide appropriate and effective communication on progress
* Lead and assist business partners across the organization through the strategic planning process, define their programs/projects and delivery dates; assist in the development of operational and strategic planning
* Establishing program management practices to expand and mature the capabilities for the organization
* Attract, build, mentor, and lead a high-performing, program and project management team
* Build and maintain a strong culture of excellence and camaraderie in a remote-first work environment
*Desired Skills & Experience*
* Bachelor’s degree required with an advanced degree (e.g. MBA) preferred
* 10 or more years of business experience, with a significant portion of that leading company or division-wide program management teams. M&A integration experience a plus, with a track record of success delivering measurable results that met or exceeded plan
* Leadership experience at a high-growth SMB or consumer business, preferably during the rapid team and business scaling phase
* Deep understanding of program management best practices and strong organizational and collaboration skills
* Strong executive presence, effective and concise communication skills, and the ability to present to different stakeholders, tailoring messages accordingly
* Ability to think both strategically and tactically, set expectations, highlight misalignment, and have critical conversations
* Excellent interpersonal skills and high EQ, with the ability to effectively facilitate meetings at all levels of the organization
* Experience in Strategy or Corporate Development a plus
